I don’t miss anything about working in an office; I never have and probably never will.

Freedom to choose your availability and working hours, your clients, your rates, freedom to go for a walk in the middle of the day and work at night, if you want to.

A piece of advice for newbies

Don’t settle for too low a rate, don’t compromise your work-life balance, educate your clients in the attitude you want to receive, never miss a deadline.

Handle finances via desktop AND phone, accommodate multiple currencies in same amount with low interbank exchange rate.
